How I can support you

I work with people experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges and life transitions. You don’t need to have a clear label for what you’re going through, we can take time to explore it together.

Anxiety, stress and overwhelm

There’s a lot to hold in life and feeling anxious, stressed or overwhelmed can be a natural response to that.

In therapy, we can take time to explore what may be contributing to how you’re feeling, and begin to make sense of it together. Alongside this, we may find ways to help you feel more grounded and able to navigate things with greater steadiness.

Trauma and its lasting effects

Trauma and past experiences can continue to affect your sense of safety, trust, self-worth and overall wellbeing.

Together, we can gently explore how these experiences may still be shaping your life, and begin to find ways of reconnecting with your strengths and resilience at a pace that feels right for you.

Relationship difficulties

Relationships can bring both connection and challenge and it’s natural to struggle with patterns that feel familiar but unhelpful.

We can explore these together, helping you build connection and understanding both with yourself and others in ways that feel healthier and more satisfying.

Life transitions - navigating change

Life transitions can bring uncertainty and challenge, and often a natural period of reflection. This might relate to changes in work, relationships, health or identity, or stages of life such as midlife or menopause.

We can take time to explore how these shifts are affecting you, and begin to find ways of moving through them that feel more in line with your needs, values and wellbeing.

When we begin to pay attention to our inner lives, it can open the door to living in ways that feel more meaningful, connected and more authentic to us.

A peaceful lake with a reflective surface, surrounded by green hills and trees, with blue sky and clouds overhead.

You don’t need to prepare or ‘have it all figured out’, just come as you are and we’ll take it from there.
